Oh Padmanabha! I shall always serve your feet with joy.
YOu are lovely like Cupid.  You remove the fear of the elephant.  Kindly bless me with well being.
You are like lily in the hearts of the whole group of gods and rishis.  Your gentle smile delights every one.  You are lovely like the moon.  Your face is like the autumnal moon.  Please remove all my sins.
Your garments are lovelier than the glitter of the gold.  Your glance is loaded with compassion.  Your glory is sung by Sanaka and other Rishs.  You are the abode of great excellence.  The world bow before you. Please don't throw me in the Samsara.
Your feet are a tender as lotus and are caressed by the hands of Lakshmi.  You are adorned with brilliant jewels.  Your eyes are like wild lotus.  You destroyed madhu.  You are born in the family of Sura Sena.  You destroy all the sins.  You are worshiped by all the noble people, always live in my heart.

Meaning

Oh! Goddess Saraswathi, the consort of Brahma, I pay obeisance to you with great joy.
Your feet shine brilliantly from the reflections of the gem-studded crowns of Indra and other distinguished celestials when they genuflect at your feet.
Your beauty surpasses that of the moon.  You relieve the burden of the earth by destroying the wicked.  You dwell in the center of the lotus flower.  Your gait is like that of the queen elephant.  The curves of your eyebrows are prettier than the bow of Cupid.  You can destroy the formidable ignorance of people by mere knitting of your eyebrows. Oh! Spotless one!  your beautiful forehead is adorned with striking Tilaka.
The pure and beautiful golden ornaments add immensely to your charm.  You are the supreme deity ruling the hearts of the ascetics who have conquered ego.  your glory is sung by a host of celestial damsels. Your soft smile excels at the brilliance of the moon.  May you be victorious.
Your soft fingers, plucking the Vina strings producing auspicious music, look like a bunch of tender leaves. You the wish-yielding tree, remove the sorrow of your devotees.  Your braids decorated with flowers are circled by honey bees, and your eyes are like fresh lotuses. Your bosom is smeared with fragrances like Kasturi.  Your waist is slim like the king of lions.  You are the embodiment of supreme knowledge.  You are the queen of the world.
You are adorned with a crescent moon.  You are interested in protecting those who serve you.  Hearing your exploits removes even heinous sins.  Your heart brims with compassion.  Your beautiful face and forehead are framed by the dense curly locks.  Even the thousand tongued Ananta (the king of serpents) cannot describe your glory.  Oh, Bharati!  Cut asunder my ignorance at once.  You are worshiped even by Siva (who has an eye on his forehead).  You are always engaged in serving the feet of Lord Padmanabha.

Meaning

Oh, Padmanabha! reclining on the ocean of milk, protect me.
Abode of all virtues, your forehead is adorned with Kasturi Tilak, the fragrant musk.
Oh, Paramapurusha!  Your body is dark-hued like the water-bearing clouds.  You destroy the strategy of the enemy platoon you have charming lotus-shaped eyes.  You are the wild forest fire that burns down the heinous sins of your devotees.  All celestial goddesses and the guards of either direction Kubera, Indra, Agni, Vayu, Nirrti, Varuna, and Isana worship at your feet.
Oh, slayer of Indra's enemies!  You are handsome; bestow your blessings on me.
Protector of Kunti's son Arjuna from the dangers of relentless cruelty of Kauravas,  May your blessings be with me always.
You with face shining like full moon, held aloft the Govardhana mountain to protect the cows and cowherds from torrential rain; bestow your blessings on me.
Oh, Vanquisher of monstrous demons!  You are the solace and nectar of the lotus heart of ascetics; oh! the soft-spoken  Master of the universe, oh Garudavahana!  protect me.
You are an expert in illusory manifestations. Oh, Slayer of Sisupala!  You adorn garlands of wildflowers.  You confronted with the demon Agha, while playing the exchange of garlands with the ladies, with the divine beauty of your conscious side-glance, please look upon us and bestow your grace on those who repose faith in you.

Meaning

Oh Sarasiruhanabha!  Protect me.
Your story is most sacred, Oh compassionate Lord!  You are encompassed by celestials and sages.  May you be victorious.
You repose on king serpent.  Your eyes are beautiful and lively like a lotus.  Your auspicious attributes are sung by Brahma and Indra.  Please annihilate my miseries.  Oh my Lord!  Please show the path of good fortune to me just as you blessed Arjuna (the son of Pandu).  You are adorned with shining yellow raiment.
You destroyed demons in battle.  Your form is exquisite.  You are incarnated as Manuja (a human being as a sport.)  Your face shines like a spotless moon.  Oh, progenitor of Cupid!  Conqueror of the demon Mura!  Your tresses are adorned with lovely fragrant flowers.  You shine with a golden crown, encrusted with diamond and other precious gems.
You have Garuda as a mount.  Your benevolence surpasses even the dark rain-bearing clouds.  You are the refuge of dejected ones. Shelter to those who have conquered worldly attachments like wife, children, etc.  You are the beloved of cowherds who surrounded you when you resided in the forest among them. You are in the company of Baladeva and you vanquished Narakasura.
