Meaning

One who is always joyous and is like the melody from the flute of the doe-like heart of Lakshmi
One who is effulgent with the lotus-like feet adorned with anklets, the sound of which surpasses that of a swan
One who repeatedly protects the celestials on the battlefield.
I worship Sri Padmanabha, the one who is reclined in the ocean of milk.

Meaning

With great joy, I contemplate on Lord Sarasijanabha.
You reduce the burden of mother earth.  You repose on the lord of serpents.
Oh, the beloved of Radha!  your teeth outshine the pearls.  you are the progenitor of Cupid. You reside in the hearts of the virtuous. You vanquished the clan of fierce demons like Madhu.  YOu are the benevolent protector of the cowherd clan.  You are peerless in conduct.
Vanquishing evil is your glory.  You gave joy to Kucela.  You save your devotees who worship your feet.  Your robe resembles molten gold. You subdued the pride of Indra.  You are as unfathomable as the ocean.  Your eyes are akin to that of the blossoming lotus. Oh, pure one!
Your dark tresses are adorned with fragrant flowers.  You enjoyed playing on the banks of Yamuna.  You are the supreme exponent of the melodious flute.  You vanquished the arrogant Kaliaya your glory is sung by serene sags.  You are more beautiful than Cupid is.  Your smile is enchanting.

Meaning

Oh Lord, please protect me with great joy.  Oh, the peerless one!  You are venerated by the whole universe.  Your eyes are more beautiful than lotus, the most benevolent lord.
Please destroy the formidable cycle of birth and death.  Oh Lord, your countenance is auspicious.  You are the savior of the learned ones.
You are to sins what wind is to clouds, oh Lord who has a scared bull as a vehicle; our beauty pales the pride of Cupid. You destroyed the fierce group of demons and having beautiful teeth like the jasmine buds.
With your graceful glance, you destroy the fear of birth and the death cycle of those who worship at your feet.  Please dwell in my heart forever.  You are comprehended by Veda and Agama. Oh, handsome one! Indra and others celestials genuflect at your lotus feet.
You are the treasure trove of all noble virtues without a blemish.  You are surrounded by a group of hunting dogs.  You are the husband of Lord Padmanabha's sister.  You are enchanting lord, the suzerain of three worlds, please protect me.

Meaning

Oh, Sarasiruhanabha!  With ecstasy, I contemplate on you!
Your waist is adorned with glittering golden attire.
One who diminished the burden of the earth by killing the demons like Mura and others; having the highest order of incomparable good virtues;  dispeller of miseries; bestower of boons to those who worship;  a face that is charming as the moon and destroyer of the demon Narakasura.
One who dissolved the fear of the elephant; one whose eyes resemble the sun Tamarasabhandhava and the moon Tuhinamsu; savior of the world; destroyer of the terrorists Sahasikagana;  having a forehead resembling the crescent moon Himakarakhanda and the one who delights in good deeds.
One who dwells flourishingly in the city of Syanandura; one who is a swan that swims in the lotus heart of wise; personification of deep compassion; one who relaxes on the king of serpents; radiant as the dark clouds and the one who sports a smile which is gentle and honorable.
