Meaning

Oh, Sarasijanabha!  Protect me.  Your feet are extolled by Brahma.  Your face resembles the flawless moon.
Your tresses are adorned with Parijata flowers.  You are the ocean of incomparable noble virtues.  You destroy all the accumulated sins.
You wandered along the sands of the banks of the lovely river Yamuna.  Serene ascetics meditate upon your gentle smile.  You are as handsome as Cupid.  You are the demons what winds are to the clouds.  You are unfathomable like the ocean.  Oh lord of the world!
You nourished the cattle's; you are like a forest fire to the formidable wicked ones; you are the infinite valor.  You showed your wrath on Putana.  You held aloft the mountain.  The eminent seers proclaim your glory just like the lotus blossoms upon seeing the sun.
Your eyes are long like the lotus petals.  You are the enchanting consort of Bhudevi and Sridevi.  The brilliance of your robe surpasses that of gold.  Your stately and long arms resemble the serpents that adorn Lord Sankara.

Meaning

Oh Lord Sarasayatalaocana!  (one whose long eyes resemble lotus), protect me.  Your delicate soft feet are like Kalpakavrksha (the wish-yielding tree).
You are exquisitely beautiful like crores of Cupids and you are Giridhara (one who held aloft the mountain).  You are the lord of Lakshmi.  You are the brother of Indra.
The radiance of the moon-like effulgence of these toenails is capable of destroying the formidable darkness of the cycle of birth and death.  He is perceptible through the Vedas and Upanishads.  he the conqueror of Mura, revels in playing the flute.  He is exquisitely beautiful.
He adorns a spotless yellow dress, he is the lord of the Yadu clan, his lips outshine the beauty of the Bimba fruit, he protects all those who worship him; he has the Sun and the Moon as his eyes and he is enchanting.
He took incarnation as the result of Nandagopa's good fortune.  He has teeth like the buds of jasmine.  He took incarnation as the cowherd and punished the serpent Kaliya.  Oh, Lord Padmanabha! Please protect me.

Meaning

Enough of your uttering fruitful words?
Oh, one with lotus eyes!  We are very happy.  Good!
Moon has risen.  That lady is lucky since she got your compassion.  You are handsome like Cupid!  But my fate is like this!
Don't you have any compassion for me, who is hit by the arrows of Cupid?  I am completely drowned in this ocean of Viraha (pang of separation).
Oh my Lord!  Please listen to my plea. I am completely depending upon you.  Oh, the one bearing the lotus in the navel and reclining on the serpent bed - Adhisesha.
