Meaning

Oh Lord, the consort of Parvathi! Protect me.
You have an eye on your forehead. Oh, Srikantheswara!  Your feet resemble a lotus.
You are worshiped by Brahma.  You lead the company of celestials to destroy the demons.  Oh, compassion personified! You are the only master of the Bhutaganas. Your presence adds beauty to mount Kailasa!
The luster of your form resembles the rays of the full moon.
You bestow more than what the mountains and oceans do. May you be victorious!
The flame emitted from your third eye burnt the form of Cupid.
During the churning of the milky ocean by Devas and Asuras, the dreadful poison emerged, upon seeing which everyone ran helter-skelter.  You swallowed the dreadful poison just to protect the entire world.
You confer empires upon your devotees.  You remove their heaps of sins.  You protect all the afflicted ones.  Oh, Lord!  You allayed the fear of the son of Sage Mrkuandu.  You wear serpents as ornaments.  You are full of auspicious attributes.  You have the sacred bull as a mount.  Your form is smeared with sacred ash. Oh, Purahara!
Your body shines like full moon.  You are surrounded by Bhutaganas.  You are adored by Sri Padmanabha.  Please grant me bliss at once Oh Lord!.

Meaning

Oh, Madhava!  Protect me forever constantly with your grace.
Your forehead adorns the pure Kasturi  Tilaka; you ride on Garuda the enemy of the serpent;  Oh Padmanabha!  You are the lord of the three worlds.
Your auspicious lotus feet will bring happiness forever, you've destroyed the emperor of Cedi Sisupala; you are praised by Indra;  you are the refuge of the hapless; leader of Yadav dynasty; adorned with the Kirita shining like the sun; your face resembles the flawless moon and you have no equals.
You have the blue hue of the water-bearing cloud; your glorious exploits are capable of removing the miseries of the entire world;  you are soft-spoken; you subdued the pride of Indra by holding aloft the mountain;  you have long eyes like the lotus petals you take delight in the melodious Samagana and you are most lovely.
You recline on the serpent; annihilate all the miseries of those who worship you; the abode of virtues; you are the embodiment of consciousness, oh lord of the universe, you have the gait of the king elephant; worshiped by Narada and others;  you majestically reside in the ocean.  Oh, son of Nanda!  You protected the king elephant and you are the Kalpaka tree.

Meaning

Oh sovereign of celestials!  Lord Gopala1 You are in the company of your brother Balarama.  Please protect me.
You gave refuge to Sallarisuta, you are in the company of Satyabhama.  Protect me.
Your feet are worshiped by Hanuman (the son of the wind god).  You are well disposed to Akrura.  You are the repository of virtues. You became the distinguished protector of the world due to the experience gained under the tutelage of saving Viswamithra.  YOu are engrossed most of the time in removing the miseries of the various devotees.  YOu enjoyed the company of Uddhava.
You destroyed the Putana; the glory of your lineage is sung in Harivamsa by the eminent bard Vyasa.  You protect virtuous people.  You are delighted by Yasodha.  You are proclaimed as the eternal by saints.  You are adorned with a peacock feather.  YOu are radiant on Gaurda (the enemy of serpents).
You destroyed the pride of the ocean.  Oh, the effulgent one!  You ward off all the enemies.  You undertook an exile in the forest.  You gave salvation to Saranga.  You bestowed good fortune on the entire universe.  You are the gem among the solar dynasty.  You are as charming as Cupid.  Oh, Padmanabha!
