Meaning

Hail! hail! Oh Lord Ramaramana!  Please be awakened!
The very vision of your lotus-like feet obliterates all the miseries of the cycle of the birth & death of your devotees, just as the brilliant rays of the sun drives away the dense darkness.
Oh, progenitor of Cupid!  Well, wisher of this universe!  Is it not a fact that you remove our sorrows expeditiously by the emanating by your flute?  You conquered clan of demons like Madhu, Mura.  The learned ones proclaim that you are the sum total of blessings of Vasudeva.
While the cowherd damsels were churning the curds and thinking upon you, You used to keep time by the resonating jingling of your bracelets.  The beauty of your form excels the fine hue of emerald and you shine as the jewel of the Yadu - dynasty.
You have incarnated as Mina - the fish, Kurma - the Tortoise, Mahita Kiti - the great Boar, Pina Narahari - the stout lion-headed, Vamana - the dwarf, anyuna bhrgusutrama - the all-powerful son of Bhrgu - the Parashurama,  Balarama and Srirama and you had a friendship with Sugriva the son of the sun god.  You are Mukunda, the future incarnation of the form of great Kalki, oh the protector of the hapless!  Sri Padmanabha! Hail Hail! Please be awakened!

You are worshiped by Brahma and Indra.  Your story is scary. You are surrounded by hunting dogs.  You fulfill the desires of the devotees.
Parvati shares half of your form.  You reside in the hearts of Yogi's ... You are surrounded by Ganadevatas.  Your smile is gentle.

Protector of the son of the sun-Sugriva.  You are waited on by the son of the wind god-Anjaneya.  You are clad in golden robes. Your forehead bears the musk mark.  Son of Kausalya!  you are most virtuous.  You create virtuous attributes in those who supplicate before you.  Oh peerless one,  you are the refuge of sages like Sanaka.
You shattered the ego of the clouds.  Your face is like the full moon.  You are adorned with a flawless garland.  Your form is like Cupid.  You are majestic.  Brahma has sung of the battles you have won.  Oh Lord of Janaki!
Sovereign of Ayodhaya! Oh, Padmanabha! Your fury is formidable in war.  Your great form destroys the miseries of Indra. Bestow prosperity, served upon by the people of the universe, please grant me great eternal happiness!

Oh, Padmanabha! The destroyer of Mura!  The lord of the earth!  Beloved of Lakshmi! Victory to you!
Your eyes put to shame the lotus petals. You do good to those who bow before you.  You are worshiped by Narada.
You are to be known only through Vedas and Agamas.  Your feet are like lotuses.  YOu recline on the serpent-bed.  You shine like rain clouds.  You are worshiped by gods lead by Paramahamsa like Bhagavata written by Vyasa.
You fulfilled the desires of the great devotees Divakara.  Please dwell in my heart.  Your face is like the full moon.  You shine with Lakshadeepam - lakh of lights - organized by Sri Vanci Marttandavarama.  Kindly shine in my heart.
