Meaning

Oh the lord of the universe!  Consort of Lakshmi! Oh Lord, having long eyes like lotus petals!
One who dissolves the blemishes; the one who mounts the esteemed bird-Garuda, oh Padmanabha! Protect me.
The chief of the celestials and the virtuous one;  the vanquisher of enemies; one who is marvelous in bestowing boons;  having strong hands; worshiped by the host of sages; beholder of the mountain; destroyer of the demon Mura; compassionate and dispeller of the miseries of the world.
Eliminate the mass of sins!
Oh, Saure! one who does auspicious deeds in Brindavana.
To protect the three worlds, one who vanquished the dreadful Hiranyakasipu; You are draped in golden attire.
One who subdues the sins; one who is the sun to the lotus heart of the Gopis- the cowherd's maidens;  having beautiful nose, gentle smile, one who surpasses the moon in beauty; having lotus-like face and protects the entire world.
Eliminate the mass of sins that I had done in various births; one who emoves the miseries. Oh my Lord! one whose eyes are the sun & moon! Oh Saure!

Your abode is in the lotus-hearts of Yogis.  You have serpents as ornaments, kindly protect me.
You are an expert in removing the sorrow of Samsara, from those who bow at your feet.  You are worshiped by noble people.
As cyclone disperses clouds, you destroyed Tripurasuras.  Your feet are worshiped by gods headed by Indra.
You are to Parvati's heart what moon is to a lily, and you are the abode of mercy.
Oh, Padmanabha! You give all prosperity to those who are engaged in worshiping your lotus feet.  Please protect me.

Meaning

Oh, suzerain of the universe!  Supreme among the celestials!  Protect me oh lord, whose exploits are pure.
You have Garuda as your mount.  You burn to cinders the woes of celestials.  Oh, Padmanabha! The beauty of your form subdues the pride of Cupid, the mind-born one.  You dwell in the hearts of those sages who are devoid of sins.  You are understood by the scriptures.  Your feet are held by goddess Lakshmi.
You are to the enemies of the celestials what the wind is to the clouds.  The beauty of your form destroys the pride of Cupid.  You take away the woes of those who worship your feet.  Your speech is soft and mellifluous.  You are adorned with a pearl necklace.  Your eyes brim with compassion.. Oh, mighty Lord! You are the abode of great virtues, which are sung by lord Brahama the consort of goddess Bharati.
Your attractive robes dazzle like lightning.  Your conch-like neck shines with the garland made of fresh Tulasi.  Your eyes resemble the lotus.  Your exploits are auspicious. You are the refuge of pious ones. You held aloft the mountain.  You repose on the ocean of milk.  You destroyed the demon Sakata with your tender lotus-like feet.  Oh, peerless Lord!
The beauty of your face mocks the full moon.  Oh, son of Vasudeva! You conquered the demon Naraka in the battle.  Oh one who is devoid of desires, please shine in my heart.  You are adorned with a golden crown.  You are the distinguished warrior among the Yadu clan.  Oh, progenitor of Cupid, you are adorned with a Kaustubha gem.  Your divine nature commands worship.  You are the annihilator of the demon Madhu.  May you be victorious!

Meaning

How do I bare this intense agony?  When will you show your compassion?
Among the doe-eyed maidens of this world, probably, I am the only one affected by the five arrows of Cupid!
When I close both my eyes and think of you, your image clearly comes into my mind.  Oh, the one equal to Cupid! When I open my eyes again, alas!  I can't express the magnitude of my desire that overflows.
Just as the Cataka bird cries for water to quench its thirst, I too cry aloud to you to satisfy my desire.  Is it not so, oh Lord with a moon-like face!
Oh the immaculate Lord!  Please protect me from becoming the laughing stock of the womenfolk, oh my beloved! Oh, the lord having cloud-like form!  Come immediately and indulge in amorous sports with me.  Oh, Vanajanabha!
