Meaning

I meditate upon the feet of the lotus-eyed lord.
One who gives refuge to Brahma and the eminent ascetics.
One who banishes the burden of the fear of birth and death; the embodiment of splendor and effulgence.  One who grants the desired boons to the devotees whose mind contemplates.
One who subdued the pride of Brahma; one who dwells in the heart of the sages.  One who is like the thunderbolt is totally removing the mountains - like miseries of the world.
One who grants the prosperity to the world; whose feet have traversed in the woods.  One who is skillful in granting prosperity in abundance to the devotees who bow at his feet.

Meaning

Oh mind! do meditate on the lord of lords, the repository of infinite compassion.
Indra and others always worship you.
Your head is adorned with beautiful and varied gem studded crown.  Your tresses are fragrant with flowers.  Your forehead resembles the crescent moon, your brows are like the bows of Cupid, and shining eyes like the large lotus petals.
The loveliness of your nose excels that of the flower of sesame.  Your cheeks glow by the reflection of your ear rings.  Your lips resemble the ruddy hued Bimba fruit, you have jasmine bud like teeth and broad smile.
Your beautiful neck is adorned with Kaustuba jewel and your broad and sinewy hands are beautiful with amulets.  The peerless Srivatsa shines on your chest.  You are Hari the benefactor of those who seek refuge in you.  You hold the whole universe in your stomach.
The four-faced Brahama resides in the lotus arising out of your navel.  Exquisitely beautiful yellow silk adorns your waist.  You have strong legs.  Oh One with dainty feet!  You lift people from the worldly attachments as you lifted the Mandara mountains in Kurmavatara.
Your reposeful posture of reclining on the serpent is ever fascinating.  You sport weapons like conch, discus, bwos and mace in your hands.  You are the lord of mother earth and goddess Rama.  You have the glory of destroying the miseries .  You saved Gajendra. Oh Lord Padmanabha!  The supreme being!

Meaning

I reflect upon Sri Rama
The one who killed the notorious demons; who sports bow and arrow; who has the hue of sapphire and eyes like lotus.
Protector of the pride of ocean; your red lips resemble the Bimba fruit; the lord of mankind; destroyer of the merciless Ravana and the one who smiles gently.
Beautiful in appearance, as majestic as the ocean, resides in the flawless hearts of the sages, one who is devoted in helping the celestials to get rid of their miseries, one who walks gracefully and whose gait surpasses that of king elephant.
One who destroys the miseries in the life of devotees who pray to him, who is Sarasiruhanabha, who is pure and worshiped by Indra, who considers everyone on par and removes the sins of people and adept in protecting ardent devotees.
