Meaning

Oh, Lord Padmanabha!  Please protect me always, supreme Lord, Your great exploits are extolled by the celestials.
You destroy the wicked and reduce the burden of Mother Earth.  You grant desired boons to your devotees.  Oh, Destroyer of the demon Mura! One who reclines joyously on Adisesha.  The immaculate Lord, your eyes resemble the blooming lotus flower.
You enjoy the company of cowherds. You, who are the repository of all charming and noble virtues, conquered the pride of fierce demons.  Oh! the lord of this earth!  You alleviate the miseries of your devotees.  YOu have the glory of granting abundant prosperity to poor Kuchela.  The music flowing from your flute bewitches the heart of people.
You amused yourself in the beautiful forest called Madhuvana, which resonates with calls of parrots and cuckoos.  You have a soft smiling countenance.  Oh the lord of Sri! Indra and other eminent ones who are wearing crows that shine like crores of suns, bow to your feet; thus making your feet effulgent by the reflection of their crowns.  You are the lord of the Yadu clan.
The beauty of your face resembles the moon.  You are in the company of Baladeva.  Your beauty is nonparallel. Gopala!  virtuous people find refuge in you.  The father of Cupid, you conquered all your enemies.  Oh, bestower of good fortune!  You are adorned with attractive yellow silk.  YOur tresses resemble a dark blue-hued swarm of bees.

Meaning

Pray, give me protection with your kindness, oh the distinguished son of Manu clan.
You have the glory of bestowing the desired boons, oh lord with exquisitely beautiful form, and of great virtues.
You vanquished a host of enemies.  Your brave exploits are many.  You sport a peerless bow and arrows on your beautiful hands.
You are the beautiful swan dwelling in the lotus-like heart of great ascetics.  You are adorned with golden robes.  You are very beautiful like Cupid. 
Your face resembles a fully blossomed lotus; you are the spouse of Videhastu, Vaidehi.  Panakajanabha! Saure!  Please give me good fortune.

Meaning

Oh lord, Anantapadmanabha!  please protect me.  You are the repository of noble virtues.
Your face is like the full moon.  Just as the sun drives away the darkness, you remove the sorrows of those who worship your feet.
Your raiments outshine molten gold.  You nurture the clan of Devas, like Indra.  You destroyed the fierce demons like Madhu.
Your wondrous exploits are adored by Brahma and Siva.
Sun and Moon are your eyes.  You are adorned with a divine diadem, bracelet, and hip chain.  You are to the hearts of sages like Sanka and others, what sun is to the lotus.   You have an exquisite form with Vanamala in abundance.
Your smile, sweet, soft, and unhurried speech is nectarine.  Your beautiful form attracts the entire universe.  The progenitor of Cupid, you give happiness to good people.  Your wrath becomes visible on the battlefield.

Oh, suzerian of the universe, consort of beautiful Parvathi! Protect me.
Saviour of the entire world, bestower of boons to those who take refuge at your feet, you have a charming side glance.
Worshiped by Indra and a host of celestials; your beautiful feet surpass the elegance of lotus; protect me,  your beautiful neck is decked with the garland of lustrous gems.  You possess a beautiful and attractive form. Please grant me well-being.
You have forehead adorned with a crescent moon; your divine mount of Sacred bull; you have a lovely form like that of Cupid;  you are surrounded by hounds; you are the embodiment of compassion destroyer of Malla the wicked demon; possessing eyes like the lotus petal. Please dwell in my heart.
Your glorious attributes are sung by sage Narada; you absolve the heinous sins of those who surrender at your feet; you are adored by the sister of Sarasanabha; you are an incomparable one with a gentle smile. You are the canoe of the cross the ocean of cycle of birth and death.
