Meaning

Oh, Madirakshi (one with bewitching eyes)!  Alas! I, no longer can tolerate the havoc caused in my mind by Cupid (lord of love); advise me as to what I should do?
Since Padmanabha has no compassion for me I am still tormented by the arrows of Cupid.
Oh, Sumukhi good looking one!  While the whole world rejoices being enthralled by the coveted moon, why it gives me alone nothing but sorrow?  Has my beloved forgotten all the amorous sports he enjoyed with me in private?
